大功率掘进机危险区域报警系统设计与实现

Design and Realization on Danger Area Warning System of High Power Roadheader

  • 摘要: 针对大功率掘进机工作时其周边作业人员无意识进入掘进机危险区域以此带来安全隐患,甚至引发人身安全事故的问题,开展掘进机危险区域报警系统的研究。该系统以电磁场理论为基础,利用低频电磁波作为测距媒介,采用检测电磁波强度及三边定位算法确定井下作业人员的位置,并判断是否在危险区域。系统选择STM32F103嵌入式ARM作为控制芯片,由安置在掘进机上的集中式数据处理装置和工作人员随身携带的移动监测装置2部分组成。通过对样机的模拟试验测试,在0.5~4.0 m内人员定位判定平均误差为4.3%,实现了危险区域的定位与报警。

     

    Abstract: According to a safety hidden danger occurred when operation personnel no intention closed to the roadheader as a roadheader was in operation, even a personal safety accident occurred, a study on a danger area warning system of the roadheader was conducted. Based on an electromagnetic field theory as a base, a I ow frequency electromagnetic wave was applied to the medium of a distance measuring and a detection of electromagnetic wave strength and the three side positioning algorithm were applied to determine a location of the operation personnel in the underground mine and to judge the personnel in or not in the danger area. The STM32F 103 embedded ARM was selected as a contral chip. The system was composited with a centralized data processing device on the roadheader and the portable mobile monitoring and measuring device with the operation person. With a simulation experiment measurement of the prototype, in a personnel positioning judgement within 0. 5~ 4.0 m, an average error was 4. 3% and a danger area positioning and warning could be realized.
