大倾角软煤综放采场支架-围岩系统失稳研究

Study on unstability of powered support-surrounding rock system in fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in high inclined soft seam

  • 摘要: 针对大倾角软煤综放采场支架-围岩系统稳定性差,控制难度大的问题,采取现场观测、理论分析、力学建模相结合的方法,对采动过程中顶板、煤壁、支架、底板的失稳过程进行了研究,结果表明:大倾角软煤综放采场顶煤-煤壁-支架-底板系统稳定性差,且各因素间存在相互扰动及恶性互溃的失稳机制,指出控制该类采场稳定性的关键在于控制顶煤漏冒与煤壁片帮,可为大倾角软煤综放采场的"支架-围岩"系统稳定性控制提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: According to a poor stability and high difficult control problem of the powered support-surrounding rock system applied to the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in the high inclined soft seam, a site observation, theoretical analysis and mechanics modeling combined method was applied to study the unstability process of the roof, coal wall, powered support and floor during the mining process. The results showed that the stability of the top coal, coal wall, powered support and floor system in the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in the high inclined soft seam was poor and there was unstability mechanism of the mutual disturbance and malignant mutual collapse existed between each factor. The paper pointed out that the key to control the stability of the coal mining face was to control the top coal leakage and falling and the coal wall spalling and could provide the references to control the stability of the powered support-surrounding rock system in the fully-mechanized top coal caving miming face in the high inclined soft seam.
