高压均质活化碱木素水煤浆分散剂合成与性能研究

Study on Property and Synthesis of Alkali Lignin Dispersant for Coal-water Slurry by High Pressure Homogenization Activation

  • 摘要: 为得到分散性能良好的碱木素系水煤浆分散剂,以碱木素为试验原料,采用高压均质-H2O2耦合活化磺甲基化法对碱木素进行改性。通过正交试验对改性工艺进行优化,确定出最佳工艺条件:pH值为11,H2O2用量为碱木素质量的8%,高压均质压力为50 MPa,Na2SO3用量为碱木素质量的25%,HCHO用量为碱木素质量的10%,磺甲基化温度为80℃,磺甲基化时间为4 h。水煤浆成浆性试验结果表明:相比直接氧化磺甲基化法改性的碱木素分散剂,经过高压均质-H2O2耦合活化磺甲基化改性的碱木素分散剂可使水煤浆质量分数提高1.21%。

     

    Abstract: In order to get good performance of lignin dispersant in coal water slurry, taking alkali lignin as raw materials, the coal water slurry dispersant was prepa red by using the high pressure homogenization- H202coupling activation technique and sulfonated polycondensation modification method. The optimum processing con dition was determined by orthogonal method, pH value was 11, the amount of H2O2 was 8% of alkali lignin mass, the pressure of high pressure homogenization was 50 MPa, the amount of Na2SO3was 25% of alkali lignin, the amount of HCHO was 10% of alkali lignin, the sulfonated polycondensation temperature was 80 °C, the sulfona ted polycondensation time was 4 h. The slurry ability of coal water slurry tests showed the high pressure homogenization- H2O2coupling activation optimum technique C ould improve the slurry density with 1. 21% compared with alkali lignin dispersant without high pressure homogenization activation.
