平台圆环试件断裂韧性测试及其尺度效应研究

摘要: 针对钻探、爆破及隧道开挖等工程中岩体裂纹扩展问题,利用平台圆环试件测定岩石I型断裂韧性,运用Griffith强度准则对径向加载作用下试样加载直径方向的起裂位置进行了判定,采用有限元方法标定出了平台圆环试件最大无量纲应力强度因子,最后进行了载荷-位移曲线及裂纹扩展过程的分析和局部最小载荷的选取。研究结果表明:加载直径与孔边交点处取得等效Griffith应力最大值,保证了试件中心起裂;位移随平台角增大而减小,随孔径比减小而增大;试验结果与理论分析基本吻合,证明平台圆环试件获得的断裂韧性值是可靠的。此外,基于BAZANT提出的尺度效应,还对平台圆环试样用于断裂韧性测试的尺寸效应问题进行了初步探讨。Abstract: According to the crack expansion problem of the rock in the drilling, blasting, tunnel excavation and other engineering, the modified ring specimens were applied to measure the Type I fracture toughness of the rock. The Griffith Strength Criterion was firstly applied to measure the initial cracking location of the specimens in the loading diameter direction under the radial loading function, then the finite element method was applied to calibrate the max dimensionless stress strength factor of the modified ring specimens. Finally the analysis on the load- displacement curves and crack expansion process and the selection of the coal min load were conducted. The study results showed that a maximum of the equivalent Griffith stress could be obtained at the crossing point between the loading diameter and the borehole edge and the central cracking of the specimen could be ensured. The displacement would be reduced with the flattened angle increased and would be increased with the borehole diameter reduced. The test results and the theoretical analysis could be basically fitted. The fracture toughness value approved of the fracture toughness value obtained from the modified ring specimen was reliably. Thus based on the dimension law provided by BAZANT, a preliminary discussion was conducted on the modified ring specimens applied to the dimension effect of the fracture toughness test.
