松软不稳定煤层顺层钻孔瓦斯流量衰减特征分析

Analysis on Gas Flow Attenuation Features from Borehole Along Soft and Unstable Seam

  • 摘要: 为了确定松软不稳定煤层顺层钻孔瓦斯极限抽采量及影响范围,基于在高负压持续抽采条件下的单孔瓦斯流量衰减特征,现场测试钻孔瓦斯参数并绘制瓦斯流量及浓度衰减曲线,运用瓦斯流动理论及岩土力学相关理论综合分析钻孔瓦斯流量衰减规律。结果表明:在持续高负压抽采条件下,松软不稳定煤层顺层钻孔周围煤体最终形成一个由裂隙发育程度不同且逐渐向外扩展的环形区域,钻孔瓦斯流量及浓度变化分3个阶段:快速衰减阶段、不稳定升高降低阶段、极限抽采阶段。最后计算得不同衰减阶段的瓦斯抽采量及影响半径,钻孔有效影响半径1.55 m,抽采周期33 d。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the gas limit drainage value of the borehole along the soft and unstable seam and the influence scope, based on the gas flow attenuati on features from a single borehole under the high negative pressure continued gas drainage conditions, the borehole gas parameters were measured and the gas flow and concentration attenuation curves was drawn. The gas flow theory and the rock and soil mechanics related theory were applied to comprehensively analyze the gas f low attenuation law of the boreholes. The results showed that under the sustained high negative pressure drainage conditions, the surrounding coal mass of the borehol e along soft and unstable seam would finally form a loop region from different developed cracks to outward expansion. The gas flow and concentration variety of the bor ehole would have three stages, including a rapid attenuation stage, unstable rising and dropping stage and limit drainage stage. Finally the gas drainage values and infl uence radius at different attenuation stage were calculated, the effective influence radius of the borehole was 1. 55 m and the gas drainage period was 33 days.
