井筒超深冻结孔封孔缓凝水泥浆性能研究

Study on performance of hole sealing retarded cement slurry in ultra-deep freezing holes

  • 摘要: 针对竖井井筒解冻后井壁、井底等部位出现漏水的难题,采用缓凝水泥浆主动有效地防治井筒渗漏水事故。根据超深冻结孔泥浆置换对缓凝水泥浆在流动性、凝结时间、稳定性、结石抗压强度等方面的特殊要求,通过外加剂复合技术和对比试验,研制出JS-1型高效复合缓凝剂。结果表明:高效复合缓凝剂能在保证水泥浆稳定性良好的情况下,其初凝时间可达40 h以上,完全满足超深冻结孔的沉管要求。当水灰比从1.0∶0.8减小到1.0∶1.4时,其结石抗压强度可从5 MPa提高到12 MPa,有利于提高冻结管与围岩间的环形空间封堵质量和井筒防渗漏水效果。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem of the water leakage in bottom hole and other parts of shaft lining after vertical shaft with freezing con-struction thawed,the retard ed cement slurry was used to prevent shaft leakage accident effectively. According to special requirements of theretarded cement slurry,which included liquidity,condensati on time,stability and set strength in the frozen vertical shaft construction,a composite high performance retarder which named JS-1 by additive compound technology and C ontrast tests was developed. The re-sults showed that the composite high performance retarder completely met the requirements of the ultra-deep freezing hole which coul d en-sure the cement stable and make the initial setting time up to 40 hours. When the water-cement ratio reduced form 1.0 : 0.8to 1.0 : 1.4,the set strength could be i ncreased from 5 MPa to 12 MPa,which was benefit to improve the sealing quality of ring space between thepipe and the surrounding,and the effect of vertical shaft leakag
