Technical Parameters Determination Method of High-pressure Spraying for Dust Suppression in Fully- Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对国内煤矿普遍错误地以为雾化效果越好降尘效果越好的问题,指出了高压喷雾降尘技术应该以粉尘性质为依据,合理选择喷雾参数。以晓南矿W3709综采工作面为例采用了理论计算及实验室试验的方法,进行了W3709综采工作面粉尘特性分析,确定了最佳喷雾粒径范围为50~70μm;将根据喷雾粒径确定的喷嘴直径1 mm与压力12 MPa应用于W3709综采工作面,降尘效率在原有降尘措施基础上提高了86%以上。

     

    Abstract: According to the common mistaken idea of the smaller the particle size, the better effect of dust suppression, the paper pointed out that the high pressur e spray dust technology should choose reasonable spray parameters based on dust properties. In the case of W3709fully- mechanized coal mining face of Xiaonan Coal Mine, the theoretical calculations and laboratory test methods were used, dust characteristics were analyzed and the best spray particle size range of 50 ~ 70 μm was determined. Nozzles diameter 1 mm and pressure 12 MPa were selected according to the spray particle size and applied in W3709 fully- mechanized coal mining face, and the dust suppression efficiency of the fully- mechanized coal mining face increased by 86% compared with the original dust suppression measures.
