气固搅拌空气重介质流化床中细粒煤分层规律研究

Separation regularity of fine coal in gas-solid agitated air dense medium fluidized bed

  • 摘要: 为了研究气固搅拌空气重介质流化床中细粒煤分层规律以及其分选粒度下限,对气固搅拌空气重介质流化床的流化特性进行了研究。结果表明,气固搅拌空气重介质流化床在转速为100 r/min时有较为稳定的流化特性;6~3 mm粒级的原煤灰分随着流化床床层高度的增加而减小,表现出良好的密度分层规律和分选特性。原煤分级分选结果表明:普通流化床对13~6 mm粒级有较为明显的分选效果,灰分离析标准差达到1.56;气固搅拌空气重介质流化床对13~6、6~5、5~4 mm三个粒级都有明显的分选效果,灰分离析标准差分别为1.74、1.36、1.35。气固搅拌空气重介质流化床分选细粒煤的下限介于4~3 mm,且对3~1 mm的细粒煤没有分选效果。

     

    Abstract: in orderto studly fine cal separation regularity and detemine separatio linit of gas-solid aitated air dense medium fuidized bed ,the fuidization characteristics of gas-solid agitated air dense medium fluidized bed were analyzed.The results showed that air-solid agitateble separation with the agitation speed of 10 rf min.The ash content of 6 ~ 3 mm of fie coal decreased with the inreasing height ofuidized bed:which showed beter separation regularity and features according to densty of fine cal .T'he separation experiment of diffrent paricle sczes showedthat common fuidized bed coud separate 13 ~ i mm cea.the ash degree of segregaton was 1.56.whilegas-solid agiated air ense mediuom fuidized bed cauld separate 13 ~ 6 mm.6 ~ 5 m and 5~ 4 mm ceal.the ash degree of segregation were 1.74,1.36 and 1.35respectiv ly,The separation linit of gas-solid agiated air dense medum fuidized bed was 4 ~ 3 mm 3~1 mm fine coal could not be separated in gas-solid agitated air dense medium fluidized bed.
