树脂锚固体波导特性试验研究

Experimental study on waveguide features of resin anchoring mass

  • 摘要: 为了提高树脂锚杆无损检测的可靠性,从锚固体波导特征的角度出发,采用数值模拟与现场试验分析相结合的方式,通过建立锚固系统的数值模型,分析了应力波在端锚锚杆的传播过程;研发了锚杆无损检测仪,建立了树脂锚固体的相似试验模型,测试分析了锚杆在端锚和锚固不密实条件下的波系特征。结果表明:应力波在树脂锚固体的传播过程呈现一定的周期规律性,锚固段波速与锚固密实度之间近似呈线性关系,依据波导特性可以反演计算锚杆特征长度和锚固剂密实度。

     

    Abstract: in order to improve the reliabity of the resin bolt nondestructive testing,from a view of the waveguide features of the anchoring mass a study was conducted with a numercal simulation and experiment study combined method.With the establishment on the numerical model ofthe anchoring system,the paper analyzed the transmitting process ofthe stress wave on the end anchored bol.The nondestructive testing insfrument of the boft was researched and developed,the similar experiment model of the resin anchoring mass was established and waveguide features of bolt under uncompacted condition of end bolt and anchoring were tested and analyzed.The results showed that during the transmitting process of stress wave on resin anchoring mass,a certain periodic law would be occurred .There was a similar linear relationship between the wave velocity at the anchoring section and the anchoring density, According to the waveguide features,the bot characteristic length and the anchoring agent density could be inversely calculated.
