  • 摘要: 为解决主焦煤矿21141回采工作面瓦斯超限问题,针对本煤层抽放中存在的钻孔工程量少、瓦斯涌出量较大、抽放率低等问题,分析了瓦斯涌出的主要来源,确定采用分源抽放技术抽放瓦斯,即在采取继续打本煤层顺层平行钻孔的同时,改进本煤层封孔工艺,使用YFF-9压风封孔器,同时结合高位钻孔抽放技术。结果表明:实施分源抽放后,工作面瓦斯抽放量一般在7.8m3/m in以上,回风流中瓦斯体积分数降至0.4%左右,上隅角瓦斯体积分数可降低至0.4%~0.9%,瓦斯超限次数显著减少,采面瓦斯抽放率达到62.3%,从而有效解决了该工作面瓦斯超限问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the gas content over limit problems in No.21141 Coal Mining Face of Zhujiao Mine, according to the less borehole engineering, high gas emission, low gas drainage rate and other problems existed in the mining seam drainage operation, the paper analyzed the main sources of the gas emission.The gas d rainage technology with different gas sources was applied.While the borehole drilling in and along the mining seam continuously conducted, the borehole sealing techni que in the mining seam was improved with YFF-9 pneumatic borehole sealer.Also the high level borehole gas drainage technology was applied.The results showed that after the gas drainage operation conducted with different sources, the net value of the gas drainage in the coal mining face generally would be over 7.8 m3/min, the gas volume fraction in the air return flow would be reduced to about 0.4%, the gas volume fraction in the top corner would be reduced to 0.4%0 .9%,the number of the gas C ontent over the limits would be obviously reduced and the gas drainage rate of the coal mining face reached to 62.3%.Therefore, the gas content over the limit problem of the coal mining face was solved.
