全岩巷综掘工作面高效综合除尘技术

Technology of High- efficiency Comprehensive Dust- removal in Whole Rock Fully Mechanized Driving Face

  • 摘要: 为解决现有除尘技术无法有效降低全岩巷综掘工作面粉尘浓度高的难题,采用高效掘进机外喷雾、空气幕封闭除尘、化学除尘3种降尘技术构成全岩巷综掘工作面高效综合除尘技术,并结合工作面现场实际,在回坡底煤矿东区运输巷综掘工作面进行了现场应用,结果表明:采用全岩巷综掘工作面高效综合除尘技术,除掘进头外,工作面其他有人作业处,经测定全尘和呼尘的降尘率分别平均达到96.8%和96.4%,降尘效果明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the present dust removal technologies not effectively reducing the concentration of dust in the whole rock fully mechanized driving face, the efficient roadheader external spray technology, closed air curtain dust removal technology and chemical dust removal technology make up the high-efficiency compr ehensive dust-removal technology in fully mechanized driving face.The comprehensive dust technology was applied to the main haulage roadway driving face in the min ing east area of Huipodi coal mine. The results showed that using the high-efficiency comprehensive dust-removal technology could make the dust-suppression rates of total coal dust and respirable dust rate reach 96.8% and 96.4% averagely in the faces where workers work except the driving head face, which meant that the dust-rem oval effects were obvious.
