HPG破胶液影响下支撑剂导流能力变化特征研究

Study on changing characteristics about proppant flow conductivity under the influence of HPG fracturing fluid

  • 摘要: 为了查明不同HPG破胶液、压力和煤岩弹性模量等条件变化下石英砂支撑剂的导流能力变化特征,在实验室优选HPG破胶剂基础上,分别进行了活性水和HPG破胶液通过不同石英砂粒径及其组合下的导流能力试验。考虑HPG破胶液残渣、支撑剂嵌入对导流能力的影响,构建了支撑剂导流能力的数理模型。试验结果验证了模型的准确性,探讨了支撑剂导流能力随关键参数的变化特征。结果表明:其他条件相同时,HPG破胶液影响下支撑剂导流能力小于活性水下的;随着HPG破胶液残渣含量增加,导流能力呈指数型减小;随着支撑剂破碎率的增加,导流能力线性减小;随着闭合压力升高,导流能力呈指数型减少。随着煤岩弹性模量的增大,支撑剂导流能力呈对数型增加。减少HPG残渣是增加HPG压裂液推广应用的关键之一。

     

    Abstract: in order to find out the changing characterisics about proppant fiow conductivity with diferent HPG fracturing fu d d fferent pressure and different coal elastic modulus based on the selectig HPG broken glue fuid.quartz conductivity experiments in ctive water and HPG broken glu fuid were respectively caried out. .onsidering on the effects on the residue of HPG broken gue fuid and embeded of the supporting agent.the mnathematits calculato model of the proppant fow condu.titywas establis hed,the acuracy of the model was verified by the experimental.The changing charactersics of the supporting with the key parameters were discussed.The resuis shaw that.when the other condtions are the sam ,the propant fow conductity n the HPG gel treakin liquid is lss than in the active water:with the increasing residue content ofthe gel breakin licuic .the propant fiow conductivity decreases exponentiall with theincreasing of coushing rale about proppant the propant fow conductivity decreaseslineary :with the increasing of cosure pressure the proppant fiow conductivtydecreases exponentilly: ith the increasing ofthe lastc modulus,the proppan fiow conductvty increases logarithmnical t is one of the key to increase the appication of HPG fracturin fuid by reducing HPG residue.
