  • 摘要: 为了确保综放工作面末采期间支架顺利回撤,基于不连沟煤矿工作面的开采技术条件,通过现场矿压观测和分析,研究了综放工作面末采期间矿压显现规律。研究表明:综放工作面末采阶段停止放顶煤后,工作面来压步距增大,但来压强度呈降低趋势;随着采深的增加,顶板破断由滑落失稳向回转失稳转变,矿压显现程度降低;通过提高主回撤巷道内垛式支架的工作阻力,可以有效减小顶底板围岩的变形和失稳破坏,有利于巷道围岩的稳定和支架的顺利回撤。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure successfully withdrawing of the powered supports during the terminal mining period of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining fac e, based on mining technical conditions of the coal mining face in Buliangou Mine, with the site mine strata pressure observation and analysis, the mine strata pressure behavior law of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face during the terminal mining period was studied.The study showed that after no top coal caving operatio n conducted at the terminal mining stage of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face, the roof weighting step distance of the coal mining face was increased an d the weighting intensity was in a reduced tendency.With the mining depth increased, the roof would be broken, a sliding stability lost would be turned to a rotary stabilit y lost and the mine strata pressure behavior degree would be reduced.The working resistance of the timber packed supports increased in the main withdrawing gateway could effectively reduce the surrounding rock deformation and stability lost of the roof and floor and would be favorable to the surrounding rock stability of the gateway and the successful withdrawing of the powered supports.
