煤层气井取心卡层控时钻进技术

Time- Control Drilling Technology in Coring and Layer Determination of Coalbed Methane Well

  • 摘要: 为了在煤层气勘探井取心过程中节约作业成本、缩短施工周期、降低工程风险,在黑龙江省鸡西盆地某井口煤层气井取心卡层过程中尝试采用控时钻进技术,通过对钻进速度和进尺的严格控制,结合精细的岩屑录井方法,鉴别出以薄煤层组合为特征的标志层,在此方法的指导下最终成功获取煤心。结果表明:该项技术的运用不但减少了无煤心取心钻进工程量,节省了煤层气井钻井费用,还缩短了钻井施工周期,增加了钻井效益,是一种有效的煤层气井取心卡层手段。

     

    Abstract: The time- control drilling technology had been used for saving the cost of drilling, shortening the construction period and reducing the risks of drilling in t he process of coring and layer determination of a coalbed methane well in Jixi Basin of Heilongjiang Province. The method identifled the target layerDs which was char acterized by combination of thin seams, controlling the speed of drilling and footage and the application of careful cut logging method, and finally coring successfully. T he results showed that this technology which reduced the workload of coal dilling without coal core, saved the cost of dilling, shortened the period of driling engineeri ng construction and increased the efficiency of drilling, the technology was an effective method for sticking bed in coalbed methane well.
