两硬薄煤层沿空留巷巷旁充填支护技术

Technology of Gob- side Entry Retaining and Roadside Filling Support in Hard Roof and Hard-thin Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 为了解决两硬薄煤层开采过程中半煤岩巷掘进量大的问题,实施沿空留巷巷旁充填支护技术。通过沿空留巷支护机理理论分析,确定了巷道加强支护的方案,开发出高效充填材料,对巷旁充填体支护参数进行了优化设计,并简化了沿空留巷施工工艺。实践结果表明:该支护技术效果显著,充填体能够密实接顶,接顶率不小于95%,充填体初凝时间小于40 min,早期抗压强度可达到2 MPa左右,具有一定可缩量,沿空留巷两帮和顶底板最大移近量分别控制在123和114 mm以内,沿空留巷巷旁充填支护效果达到了预期要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large amount of excavation in coal- rock roadway in the mining process of hard roof and hard-thin coal seam, this paper i ntroduced the gob- side entry retaining and roadside flling support technology. Through the theoretical analysis of the support mechanism, the authors determined the r oadway reinforce support project, developed the high- efficient flling materials, optimized the support design parameters of roadside flling body and simplify the constr uction process. Practical results showed that the effect of this support technology was remarkable, the flling body could contact to the roof tightly and contacting roof ra te was not less than 95%, the initial setting time of flling body was less than 40 minutes and its early strength could be achieved around 2 MPa, it also had some certai n shrinkage. The max deformation value of the two sidewalls could be controlled within 123 mm and the max deformation value of the roof- to- floor convergence could be controlled within 114 mm, the support effects reached the anticipated requirement.
