煤矿井下“一网一站”组网模式关键技术研究

  • 摘要: 为了提高矿井通信的效率,实现资源共享与优化配置,通过“一网一站”项目的研究,在井下通信系统采用全新的组网模式,将井下交换机采用万兆环网进行连接,并将井下安全监测监控、人员定位、应急广播、视频监控、无线通信等业务统一接入到综合通信分站中,通过现场测试和现场试验网络模式对资源配置提升的效果。研究结果表明:“一网一站”项目采用的井下交换机连接成万兆环网的结构方式,将带宽提高到万兆,并通过“环套环”模式,有效提升数据传输速率;与此同时,井下各终端业务不再独立传输,而是统一接入综合通信分站中,通过一根光纤连接到环网交换机中,达到优化原系统信息传输结构,有效减少煤矿业务重复性投资,实现资源共享的目的。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of mine communication,sharing and optimal allocation of resources,through the research of “one-stop network project,in the underground communication system using new networking mode,the use of underground exchanger by 10 Gigabit ring network unified access connection and underground safety monitoring,personnel location,emergency broadcast,video monitoring,wireless communication business method to comprehensive communication substation in the effect of field test and test network model to enhance the allocation of resources."A network of a station" project for the first time using a downhole switch connected into a 10 Gigabit ring network structure,the bandwidth increased to 10 Gigabit,and through the “Ring thimble” mode,effectively enhance the data transfer rate;The terminal service is no longer independent transmission,but unified access integrated communications sub-station,through a fiber connected to the ring network switch,to optimize the original system information transmission structure,effectively reduce the mine business repeatability,to achieve the purpose of sharing resources .
