老采空区地面建筑技术研究及应用

摘要: 为科学地利用采煤塌陷区进行地面建筑,保证新建建(构)筑物的安全正常使用,采用理论研究与现场实践相结合的方法,系统研究了地表残余变形值的计算、老采空区地基稳定性评价方法、地基处理技术及新建建(构)筑物抗变形技术措施,得出了在采空区上方进行地面建筑时,其最小开采深度必须大于垮落裂缝带高度与建筑荷载影响深度两者之和的结论,在确定新建建筑物的建设高度时,还要考虑地表的残余沉陷变形值,尤其是地表倾斜变形值。对采深较浅或地质采矿条件复杂不能满足建筑要求时,还要考虑对采空区进行注浆处理。该技术在平顶山、唐山、晋城、焦作等资源性城市得到了成功推广应用。Abstract: in order to scientifially utilize the mining subsidence areafor the bulding constrution on the surace ground and to ensure the salety and normal apliation of the new buildings with the theoretical studly and the stite practice combined method.the paper systematically studied the caculation of the ground residual defomation valu.the evaluation method of the found ation stability above the mine goaf the foundation realment technology and theanti- defomation technical measues ofthe new bulidings. During the bulcing constructed on the ground above the mine goathe min mining depth should be over the sumn of the faling & fractring zone heicht and the bulcing load infuence depth. During the buiding height was determined for the new builtings.the residual subsidence defomation value of the ground shoud be considered and especialy the ground inclined deformation value. When the shallow mining depth or the complicated geoloagcal mining cond ton could not met te requirements of the buiding to be constructed a groutng reatment to the mine goa should be considered. The technology was widely promoted and apaolie to Pngdngshan,T7angshan,Jincheng,Jiaozuo and other resource type cities and the obvious economic benefits and social benefits were obtained.
