辅助巷内抽爆注一体法岩巷揭煤防突综合技术

Comprehensive Outburst Prevention Technology of Mine Roadway to Open Seam with Mine Auxiliary Roadway, Gas Drainage, Blasting and Grouting Integrated Method

  • 摘要: 针对岩巷揭露通过原始瓦斯压力2.0 MPa以上的突出煤层危险性大、防突要求高的情况,在分析实际工程设计和煤层瓦斯赋存参数的基础上,采取先施工揭煤辅助巷道,然后在辅助巷中一次性施工瓦斯抽采钻孔,同时,辅以松动爆破增加煤层透气性,掘进中注浆加固顶板增加围岩稳定性等技术手段,使整个防突过程既避免了与高危险性突出煤层消突前的直接接触,又有利于实现较好的防突措施效果,确保了岩巷揭煤过程的施工安全。

     

    Abstract: According to the high danger of outburst seam with an in-situ gas pressure over 2.0 MPa, high requirements of the outburst prevention and other objectiv e conditions in mine rock roadway heading passing through outburst seam, based on the analysis on the actual engineering design condition and seam gas deposit par ameters, a mine auxiliary roadway firstly constructed was proposed and conducted and then a primary construction of gas drainage boreholes was conducted in the aux iliary roadway.Meanwhile, a standing blasting was applied to improve the seam permeability.A grouting reinforced roof was applied to improve the stability of the surrou nding rock and other technical means were applied to the mine roadway heading.Therefore, the completed outburst prevention process could not only avoid the direct C ontact the high danger outburst seam before the outburst eliminated, good effects of outburst prevention measures would favorably realized and the construction safety of the seam opening process could be ensured in the mine rock roadway heading.
