三软煤层电液控制放顶煤液压支架设计

Design on Hydraulic Powered Caving Support with Electro-Hydraulic Control Applied in Seam with Soft Roof, Coal and Floor

  • 摘要: 针对三软煤层放顶煤开采时煤壁易片帮冒顶、支架前部扎底等情况,通过对支架主要技术参数和结构形式优化分析,提出三软煤层放顶煤液压支架设计要点,给出支架工作阻力、放煤高度的设计依据以及立柱支撑点的优化位置,同时把电液控制技术应用到三软煤层放顶煤开采,实现了放顶煤支架擦顶移架、成组控制、压力反馈技术,为三软煤层安全高效开采提供理论和实践基础,并已在实际煤层开采中取得显著效果。

     

    Abstract: With a study conducted on the roof control, support sealing, powered support base jammed prevention and other technology for the coal mining face in a seam with soft roof, coal and floor, an analysis was conducted on the design keys of the hydraulic powered caving support about roof control, seal, and specific pressur e of floor applied in the seam with the soft roof, coal and floor, the optimization was made on the main technical parameters and the structure shape of the hydraulic po wered support and the optimized locations of the leg support points were determined.Meanwhile according to the design of the hydraulic powered caving support applie d in the soft roof, coal and floor, an optimized analysis on the support working resistance and the top coal caving height was provided.
