采煤机滚筒截齿失效工况的影响分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Pick Failure Performance Influences of Cutting Drum in Coal Shearer

  • 摘要: 通过生产实例分析了采煤机滚筒及截齿磨损后引起的性能参数变化及其效应,过载或冲击载荷下的瞬时负载变化对采煤机的刚度及平稳性的影响,以及传动系统磨损的宏微观特征。分析结果表明,采煤机在滚筒截齿失效条件下工作时,落煤、装煤能力下降,瞬时负载明显增大,截割机构、牵引机构传动系统加剧磨损,引发工作机构连锁故障。同时针对以上安全隐患,提出了相关的改进措施及建议。

     

    Abstract: The production cases were applied to analyze the performance parameters variation and the effects caused by the coal shearer drum and pick abrasion. The instant load variation under the overload or impact load would affect to the rigid and stability of the coal shearer and to the micro features of the driving system abr asion.The analysis results showed that under the pick failure conditions,the coal cutting and coal loading capacity of the coal shearer would be reduced.The instant loa d increased remarkably,the abrasion of the coal cutting unit and driving system of the haulage mechanism would be enhanced and thus chain failures of the working me chanism would be occurred. According to the hidden dangers ,some related improved measures and proposals were proved.
