中等挥发分烟煤燃烧特性研究

Research on combustion features of medium volatile matter bituminous coal

  • 摘要: 为了明确中等挥发分烟煤的燃烧特性,利用热重分析方法对挥发分含量20%~30%的6种煤样进行热重试验,得出样品的特性参数,并根据特性参数对煤的挥发分析出指数、燃烧特性指数、燃尽特性指数进行计算。结果表明:随着挥发分含量的提高,热失重曲线向低温方向移动,相应特征温度(着火温度、最大反应速率对应的温度、燃尽温度)随挥发分的提高而降低;煤的挥发分析出特性指数D、燃烧特性指数S、燃尽特性指数FZ可较好地反映煤的着火特性、燃烧综合特性及燃尽特性,试验煤种挥发分范围内D、S、FZ分别为(3.11~3.69)×10-5、(0.93~1.25)×10-7、2.89~5.12,且随着挥发分的增高均有增大的趋势,并可反映出其他因素的影响。

     

    Abstract: In order to define combustion features of bituminous coal with medium volatile matter,thermogravimetric analysis method was applied to the thermogravimet ric test on the six coal samples with volatile matter of 20% ~ 30% and the sample feature parameters were obtained. According to the feature parameter,a calculation was C onducted on the index from analysis of coal volatile matter,combustion feature index and burnout feature index. The results showed that with the volatile matter content incr eased,the thermal weight loss curve would move forward to a low temperature direction and the relevant feature temperature( ignition temperature, the max reaction rate to the corresponding temperature and burnout temperature) would be reduced with the volatile matter increased. The feature index D,combustion feature index S ,burnout feat ures index FZfrom the analysis of the coal volatile matter could well reflect the coal ignition features,combustion comprehensive features and burnout features. The volatile matter of coal types tested within a scope of D,S and FZwas( 3.11 ~3. 69) x10-5、(0. 93~ 1. 25)x 10-7、2. 89 ~ 5.12 individually. With the volatile matter increased,ther e was an increased tendency and the influences of other factors could be reflected.
