浅埋深易自燃煤层综采工作面低氧防治技术

Hypoxia control technology of fully-mechanized coal mining face in shallow depth and spontaneous combustion seam

  • 摘要: 针对补连塔煤矿22306综采工作面在回采过程中发生的低氧现象,研究了导致低氧的原因,根据测定可将低氧范围分为回风隅角低氧区、机尾低氧区和工作面低氧区3种。通过研究分析,瓦斯赋存处于CO2~N2带、浅埋深开采、矿井负压通风、超大面积采空区和受地表大气压变化的影响均是低氧产生的原因。在此基础上提出了井上下堵漏、挡风帘导风、风动风机稀释、钻孔卸压及均压通风等综合防治低氧的措施。结果表明:采用上述措施对防治低氧是有效的,工作面采用"U"型均压通风方式,当大气压下降了700 Pa时仅在回风隅角发生低氧现象,下降900 Pa时在机尾发生低氧现象,下降1 020 Pa时工作面40 m至回风隅角处发生低氧现象;而工作面采用"Y"型均压通风时,大气压变化对工作面氧气变化影响不大。

     

    Abstract: According to the hypoxia phenomenon occurred in mining process of No.22306 fully-mechanized coal mining face in Bulianta Mine ,the paper studied the ca uses of hypoxia occurred.According to the measurements,the hypoxia scope could be divided into three areas of hypoxia area at air returning corner,hypoxia area at the tai I of the scraper conveyor and hypoxia area at the coal mining face.With the study and analysis conducted,gas deposited at CO2~ N2 zone,a shallow depth mining,mine neg ative pressure ventilation,ultra large area goaf and the influences from the surface atmospheric pressure variation would be the causes of hypoxia occurred.Based on the ci rcumstances,the measures of leakage sealing at the mine surface ground and underground,ventilation guided with air curtain,air dilution with pneumatic fan,borehole press ure released,pressure balanced ventilation and other comprehensive hypoxia prevention and control were conducted. The results showed that the above measures conduc ed could effectively control hypoxia.The coal mining face with U type pressure balanced ventilation would cause hypoxia at air returning corner,when the atmospheric press ure was dropped by 700 Pa.Hypoxia would be occurred at the tail of scraper conveyor when the atmospheric pressure was dropped by 900 Pa.Hypoxia would occur at 40 m of coal mining face to air returning corner when the atmospheric pressure was dropped by 1 020 Pa.When Y type pressure balanced ventilation was applied to coal minin g face,the atmospheric pressure varied would have less influences to the oxygen variation in coal mining face.
