矿区瓦斯近零排放分布式能源系统的构建与实践
Establishment and Practices on Distribution Type Energy System Based on Gas Near Zero Emission in Mining Area

摘要: 为解决煤矿不同浓度瓦斯难以高效利用的难题,根据低浓度瓦斯的特点,系统分析了矿区瓦斯资源利用的技术关键,研究了以不同浓度瓦斯阶梯式利用为基础的分布式能源系统工艺,建立了以瓦斯浓度与能量品位为因素的矿区瓦斯双效阶梯式利用的新模式。在彬长矿区大佛寺煤矿投建了总装机容量13 000 kW低浓度瓦斯发电集群和10台6万m3/h风排瓦斯氧化发电系统,能量利用效率约为70%。2009年至今,累积发电量2.0×108kWh,累计减排当量二氧化碳6.3×105t,取得了良好的社会及环保经济效益。Abstract: In order to solve a high efficient uillization of mine different concentration gas, from the low concentration gas features, the paper systematically analyze d the technical key of the mine gas utilization and had a study on the distribution type energy system technique based on the ladder type utilization of the different conc entration gas. A new model of the mine gas double effect ladder type utilization type utilization was established based on the gas concentration and energy grade as the factor. A low concentration gas-fired power generation cluster and ten sets 60 000 m3/h ventilation gas oxidation power generation system with a total installed capacity of 13 000 kW was set up in Dafosi Mine of Binchang Mining Area and the energy utilization efficiency was about 70%. From the year of 2009 up to now, an accumulated power generation was 2.0 x 108kWh and a total emission reduction of the carbon dioxide was 6. 3 x 105t. The good social and environment protection economic benefi ts were obtained.
