酸性矿井水对K2灰岩表面形貌影响的试验研究

  • 摘要: 山西晋城地区的一些矿井,在采掘活动后会产生大量的酸性矿井水。为研究酸性矿井水对煤岩体摩擦滑动稳定性的影响规律,首先基于酸性矿井水对灰岩的表面结构进行定量分析。以晋城地区15号煤层直接顶板K2灰岩作为研究对象,对其进行了酸性矿井水侵蚀作用,采用表面形貌仪对酸性矿井水作用前后的K2灰岩抛光面的表面形貌进行了粒度和粗糙度表征,基于酸性矿井水对K2灰岩表面形貌的影响进行了分析。结果表明:在酸性矿井水的作用下,K2灰岩抛光面颗粒粒径颗粒数最大值呈减小趋势;酸性矿井水作用对抛光面表面粗糙度中的轮廓均方根偏差Rq和轮廓平均高度Rc影响较小,对峰高度Rp、谷深度Rv和轮廓最大高度Rz影响较大;酸性矿井水对K2灰岩抛光面表面形貌影响的主要原因是化学反应生成CaSO4和CO2气体,侵蚀其抛光面。

     

    Abstract: The object of study is K2 limestone from the immediate roof of 15# coal seam in Jincheng area. The erosion of acid mine drainage was carried out on the polished surface,the polished surface was characterized by the surface profiler,and the influence of the surface topography was analyzed based on the action of acid mine drainage. The experimental results are that:under the action of acid mine drainage,the biggest particle count of particle size of K2 limestone surface shows a decreasing trend. The drainage has little effect on Rq and Rc,and has a greater impact on Rp,Rv and Rz. The main reason is chemical reaction to produce CaSO4 and CO2 gas,eroding the polished surface of the limestone.A large amount of acid mine water will be produced during mining activities at some mines in Jincheng area. In order to study the influence of acid mine water on the friction sliding stability of coal rock mass, the surface structure of limestone was analyzed quantitatively based on acid mine water.
