综放工作面沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术

Pillarless mining technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face with retained gateways along goaf

  • 摘要: 为得到综放工作面沿空巷道围岩活动规律,以成庄煤矿4311综放工作面为研究对象,研发新型高水速凝材料,建立远距离输送浆液系统,采用理论分析的方法,对充填体的关键参数进行确定,通过现场观测掌握留巷围岩活动规律,通过在留巷内采取高强锚杆索支护技术,并在充填袋内布置钢筋梯梁,控制留巷巷道及充填体变形。研究结果表明:留巷顶板支承压力在工作面后方15~40 m达到峰值,工作面后方150 m迅速减小,最终在工作面后方300 m处达到稳定,约为7 MPa;充填体内部应力随与工作面距离增大而缓慢增加,工作面后方10 m左右开始变化,工作面推过80 m以后,应力趋于稳定,最终充填体内部相对应力不超过4 MPa。

     

    Abstract: in order to have the surounding rock movement law of the retained gateway along goa in the ful-mechanized top coal caving mining face.based onN0.4311fully- mechanized top coal caving mining face of Chengzhuang Mine as a study object a new igh water quick seting materal was developed and along dstan.e grout transportation system was established.A theoretcal analysis method was appied to determine the key parameters of backil mass .With the steousev ation andunderstanding of the surounding rock movement law of the retained gatew ay along the gcafowith the high srengh bot and anchor support fechnology appiedto the eained gateway,the reinforce bar laders set in the bacill tags could control the deformation of the retained gateway and the backll mss The study resuts showed tat the roof ressure of the retained gateway was reached to the peak value at 5 ~ 4D m behind the cal mining face.At the 150 m behind the coal minin fae.the pressure was rapily reduced,was fially stablized at 30』 m behind the coal minin face and was 7 MPa.The internal pressure of the backill mass would be ste dily inreased with the distance to the coal mining faceincreased.At the about 10 m behind the coal miming face.the pressure would be varied.NWhen the cal mining faceput forward with 80 m,the stress would be stabilized and finally the relevant stress within the backill mass would not be over 4 MPa.
