大断面交岔点综合机械化快速掘支成巷技术

Fully-mechanized rapid heading and support technology of large cross sectional intersection

  • 摘要: 为解决大断面交岔点掘进跨度大、支护困难、施工速度慢、工期紧张等问题,通过分析交岔点煤柱的应力极限平衡状态和炮掘对围岩的扰动程度,提出采用EBZ200综掘机正台阶式快速掘支成巷的施工方案。以王家岭矿北辅助运输大巷掘进工作面为例,采用这种方法,先施工扩大点向斜巷掘进拱基线以上的部分,落矸后及时护顶,掘进到设计位置后,再掘进拱基线以下的部分,成型后逐步扩大和挑高断面,最后进行支护和喷浆;斜巷掘进到位后转向直巷用相同工艺掘进。结果表明,综掘机在4天内快速掘支成型交岔点大断面巷道,这项技术既提高了巷道交岔点的掘进速度,也克服了因应力叠加窄煤柱不易支护的困难,为巷道交岔点的机械化作业提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: in order to solve the long heading span.suppor ifficuty.stow constructio speed.insuficient construction period and other problems of the lage cross section intersection in the mine roadway .with the analysis on the stresslimit balancestatus of the coa ailla at the intersection nd th disturance degreeofth drllgand blasting heading to the surrounding rock aconstruction plan of the forward branch apid heading nd support withEBZ20.illy-mechanized roadheader was provided.Taking a heading face of the north auriiary transportaton roadway in Wangiaing Mine as a case the constoucion method was appi dfrty to the tog secionof te heading arch base line in the mine inclined roadiway at the reaming secion of the mine roadwa Afer the bastingof the o.ck.the rof ofcadiway shoud be inely sppored. When the heading operation reached to the designed location,the boom secion below the arch baselineof the mine roadway would be excavated.Afer the profle completed.,the cross section would be reaned and the top section would be excavaled.Fnally the support and shotreting woud be conduced .Afer the inclined oaiway heacding completed,the same technical heading would be applied to the mine horizontal roadway .The resutis showed tht within four days.the mechanized roadheader was succesilly applied to rapidly excavate and suport the lage cross section roadivay at the nerecion.The technogy could not nly improve the he adingspeed at the cross section of the intersecton,but a/so overcome the dificult suppor of the stress superpostion and narrow ca pllarand coud provie th rerence asis to the mechanized operation at the intersection of the mine roadway.
