不同煤体结构煤的瓦斯放散特征及其影响机理

Gas emission features of coals with different coalbody structure and their influencing mechanism

  • 摘要: 为了探讨不同破坏程度煤的瓦斯初始放散的差异性及其控制机制,以潞安矿区王庄矿为例,对不同粒度的原生结构煤和构造煤的瓦斯放散初速度ΔP进行了测试,借助于孔隙性、接触角测试结果,探讨了粒度、表面张力对ΔP的影响机理。研究发现:构造的破坏作用对煤的吸附/解吸、扩散性具有较大的影响:吸附孔隙增多,煤基质的表面张力增大,吸附能力增强,不利于气体的解吸;大孔径段的开放孔数量增多,有利于气体的扩散;煤体破坏程度与ΔP的对应关系在某一粒度段(0.75~0.90 mm)呈现相反的对应关系;不同破坏程度的煤、粒度对瓦斯放散初速度的影响主要是通过孔、裂隙性的影响权重变化而作用的,即当煤屑粒径大于0.90 mm,裂隙系统成为影响瓦斯放散的主要因素;粒径小于0.75 mm,孔隙含量成为主因。研究结果对于煤与瓦斯突出机理及防治具有一定的理论意义。

     

    Abstract: in order to discuss the gas intital emissio diference and the control mechanismn of coal with dfferent damage degresstaking Wangzhuang Mine in Lu an Maining Area as an example a test and measurement was conducted on the gas itial emission velocity &P of different paricle sizeinsitu stoucture coal and tectonic :oal.With the test resuits of the porosity and contact angl,the paper discussed the infuence mechanism of the paricle size and surace tension to 4P.The study foundthat the fectonic fatre role would have high infuences to the adsorption l/desorption and dfisity of the cal.T'he adsorption pores increased,the coal matix suracetension inreased and adsoption capacity increased, hich would not be favorable to the gas desorption.The open pore numbers at the large pore size section were increased and would be favorable to the gas diffision. The coresponding relationship between the cealstoucture and &P would be a reverse coesponding relationshp n a certain paricle size range(0.75~ 0.90 m).The cal with differen falre degree and the paricre size affected to the gas intial emission velocity mainly realized with the pore and cracking's infuence weight vaiation change. .When the coal cuting particle size was over ·.90 m,the cracking system would be the majorfactor affcted to the gas emission.W/hen the prticle size was less than 0.75 mn.,the porosity content woud be the major facor.The stuty resuts would have certan theoreticasignificances to coal and gas outburst mechanism and prevention.
