Application of High Concentration Coal Water Slurry Preparation Technology with Graded Grinding Low Rank Coal

  • 摘要: 为了提高低阶煤气化水煤浆浓度和气化炉效率,降低合成气煤耗和氧耗,增加气化炉烧嘴使用寿命,针对低阶煤煤质特点,开发了分级研磨低阶煤高浓度水煤浆制备技术和装备,通过优化煤浆堆积效率来提高水煤浆浓度和质量。实践证明,该工艺技术与传统单磨机制浆工艺相比,煤浆浓度可提高3%~5%,磨机产量提高30%以上。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the density of the low rank coal gasified coal water slurry and the efficiency of thegasifier,to reduce the coal consumption of the syng as and the oxygen consumption and to improve the service life of the nozzles in the gasifier,according to the property features of the low rank coal,the high concentratio n coal water slurry preparation technology with Graded Grinding Low Rank Coal and equipment were developed and the optimized stacking efficiency of the slurry was applied to improve the slurry density and quality.The practical applications showed that in comparison with the conventional slurry preparation technique with a single gr inder,the technique and technology could improve the slurry density with 3%5% and the grinding yield of the grinder could be improved over 30%.
