矿井摩擦提升安全监控系统设计

Design on Safety Monitoring and Control System of Mine Friction Hoisting

  • 摘要: 针对矿井摩擦提升安全事故高发的现状,通过对摩擦式提升机易出现的断绳、过卷、滑动和制动失效4种常见事故进行研究,分析了每种事故产生的主要原因,探讨了摩擦提升安全监控系统实现方法,构建了制动系统监控、运行状态监控、滑动监控三大矿井摩擦提升安全监控系统功能模块,现场实际应用结果表明,矿井摩擦提升安全监控系统可确保摩擦式提升机的安全可靠运转。

     

    Abstract: According to the safety accidents frequently occurred in the mine friction hoisting, with analysis conducted on the rope broken, overwinding, sliding and braking failure common accidents easily occurred in the friction hoist, the main causes of the accidents occurred were found.The paper discussed a method to realize th e safety monitoring and contral system of the friction hoisting. Three major mine friction hoist safety monitoring and control system function module of the braking syste m monitoring and control, operation status monitoring and control and sliding monitoring and control were established.The results showed that the safety monitoring an d control system of the mine friction hoisting could ensure the safety and reliable operation of the mine friction hoisting.
