刮板输送机中部槽力学计算与分析

Mechanics Calculation and Analysis on Middle Pan of Scraper Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对工作面刮板输送机中部槽在现场使用中受力异常复杂的问题,通过对中部槽现场工况的分析,建立了在推刮板输送机和拉架2种工况下的力学模型,并推导出相关计算公式,同时以此为基础利用Pro/ENGINEER和ANSYS软件的CAD/CAE功能,对刮板输送机中部槽进行了有限元强度分析和研究。分析结果表明:大部分中部槽以及推移耳处应力均在300 MPa以下,受力的两端头哑铃窝处的应力小于屈服极限,因此拉架时中部槽及推移耳、哑铃窝等关键部位,强度能够满足设计要求。凸端头根部是应力集中处,易被拉断,应加大根部的圆角尺寸,有利于减小应力集中。通过结构优化设计,解决了中部槽在实际使用中可能存在的问题,保证中部槽的可靠性及使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: According to abnormal complicated stress problem occurred in the site application of the middle pans in the scraper conveyor of coal mining face, with th e analysis on the site performances of the middle pans, mechanics model under two different performances of the scraper conveyor and powered support moving forwar d was established. The related calculation formula was inferred. Meanwhile, based on the circumstances, with the CAD /CAE functions of the Pro /ENGINEER and ANS YS software, a finite element strength analysis and study was conducted on the middle pans of the scraper conveyor. The analysis results showed that stresses of the major middle pans and pushing trunnion were all below 300 MPa and the stresses at the tow ends of stressed dumbbell were less than yield limit. Thus the strengths of the middle pans, dumbbell end and other key parts could meet the designed requirements when the powered supports were pushed forward. The end of the raised part would be the stress concentrated area and would easily be a tensile failure. The round part size of the end should be enlarged to reduce a stress concentration. With op timized design of the structure, the problems possibly existed in the actual application of the middle pans were solved and the relibility and service life of middle pan C ould be ensured.
