不同煤储层渗透率下煤层气直井极限产气量的确定

Determination on limit production value of coalbed methane vertical well under different coal reservoir permeability

  • 摘要: 为了查明不同煤储层渗透率条件下煤层气井极限产气量,保障煤层气井持续稳定高产,根据煤储层几何模型、启动压力梯度与渗透率关系及气体试井、渗流理论,结合实验室测试,构建了不同煤储层渗透率条件下煤层气直井极限产气量的数学模型。柿庄区块勘探开发资料的验证结果表明:当极限产气量与产气高峰的平均产气量接近时,产气控制合理,稳产期能够保持持续、高产;其他条件相同时,极限产气量随渗透率增加呈乘幂型增加,随单相水流阶段产水时间的延长呈指数型增加;煤储层渗透率相对较低时,尽量延长单相水流阶段的排采时间是提高煤层气井产气量的一项关键措施。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the limit production value of a coalbed methane well under the condition of different coal reservoir permeability and to ensure the sustain able stable high production of coalbed methane,according to the coal reservoir geometric model,the relationship between the start pressure gradient and permeability and t he gas well test,seepage theory and in combination with the lab measuring and test,a limit production value mathematic model of the coalbed methane vertical well under t he condition of different coal reservoir permeability was established.The verified results of Shizhuang Block exploration development information showed that when the limi t production value was close to the average production value of the production peak,with the rational control of the gas production,the stable production period could be ke pt in sustainable and high production.When other conditions were the same the limit production value would be increased in power with the permeability increased and wou Id be increased in index with the water production time of the single phase water flow stage expanded.When the coal reservoir permeability was relatively low,to possibly e xpand the water drainage time at the single phase water flow stage would be a key measure to improve the gas production value of the coalbed methane well.
