超千米深井大巷多维联合支护技术

Multi Dimension Combined Support Technology of Mine Roadway in Over 1 000 m Deep Mine Shaft

  • 摘要: 针对千米深井地压大、支护难以单一利用锚网支护解决这一难题,在详细分析邢东矿千米深井支护现存问题的基础上,对如何充分发挥锚网支护、环形支架和水泥注浆等支护技术优点和提高支护效果进行了研究,提出了多维联合支护技术,采用锚网梁支护配合U型钢环形支架、喷浆和巷道壁后注浆,使巷道支护体可以形成一个多层有效组合拱,达到提高围岩强度、改善锚网梁支护的综合效果。围岩平均变形速度由之前的2.9 mm/d降低到0.6 mm/d,大幅减少了巷道维修量,支护效果良好。

     

    Abstract: According to the unitary bolt and steel mesh support system hard to solve the high ground pressure support problems in a mine shaft with a depth over 1 000 m, based on the detail analysis on the present support problems existed in the mine shaft with a depth over 1000 m in Xingdong Mine, the paper had a study on ho W to fully play the bolt and steel mesh support, the loop support, the cement grouting and other advantages and how to improve the support effect.The paper provide th e multi dimension combined support technology and the bolt and steel mesh support system applied to the U type steel loop support, shotcreting and gateway back gro uting could make the gateway support system to form a multi layer effective combined arch in order to improve the surrounding rock strength and to improve the compre hensive effect of the bolt/steel mesh and beam support system.The average deformation speed of the surrounding rock was reduced from the previous 2.9 mm/d to 0.6 mm/d.thus the gateway maintenance and repair work could be highly reduced and the support results were excellent.
