双桥驱动车辆寄生功率的产生机理及控制方法

摘要: 在分析双桥驱动车辆寄生功率产生原因的基础上,推导出了双桥驱动车辆运动学方程与寄生功率判别公式,并对寄生功率流向进行判断,进一步提出了寄生功率的定量计算方法和消除与降低寄生功率的控制策略。结合双桥驱动车辆的整车参数,利用MATLAB软件编制了计算程序,并以WC5E(B)煤矿井下防爆无轨胶轮车为例进行了分析计算,验证了文中提出的计算方法,同时采用无线遥测信号测试分析系统进行了对比分析试验。结果表明,该方法能够很好地对双桥驱动车辆的寄生功率进行定量分析计算。Abstract: Based on the analysis on the generation factor of a parasic power in the doutble axle drive vehicle the kinenatcs equation and parasticpower judgement fomul/a of the double axle drve vehicle were derived ,the judgement was conducted on the fiow direction of the parasitic power and a quantiative calculation methodof the parasitic power and thecontroltatics to elininate and reduce the parcstic power were further provided.n combination with the whole vehicle parameters of thedouble axle drive vehicle a NATLAB sofiware was appied to write the calculation program.An analysis calculation was conduced on the WC5E(B) mine explosion profrcklss uboer tye vehicle as a case. The paper verifed caculato methods mentioned in the papes, meanwhil ,the wireless remote signal monitoring and analysis system was applied to comparison and anaysi test.The resuts showed tht the method cou d well make quantitative analysis and calculation on the parcastic power ofthe double axle drive vehicle.
