Application of Mine Fire Prevention and Control Technology with Diagonal Air Flow Pressure Balanced

  • 摘要: 针对东兴泰煤矿下8252工作面的开采技术条件,分析了该工作面自然发火的原因为采空区漏风大导致浮煤的氧化,据此提出了控制煤炭自燃的角联风路均压通风方案,通过调节角联风路风压差,使其达到均压状态,抑制CO的涌出,使下8252工作面的CO涌出总量由0.052 3 m3/min逐步减少为0.001 5 m3/min,消除了工作面自然发火的隐患。

     

    Abstract: According to the mining technical conditions of No.8252 down coal mining face in Dongxingtai Mine, the paper analyzed the cause of the spontaneous co mbustion in the coal mining face and the air leakage in the goaf caused the oxidation of the ground coal.A pressure balanced ventilation plan of the diagonal air flow to control the coal spontaneous combustion was provided.With the adjustment of the pressure difference in the diagonal air flow, the pressure balanced status could be re ached to restrain the CO emission. Thus the total CO emission value of No.8252 down coal mining face would steadily be reduced from 0.052 3 m3/min to 0.001 5 m3/m in and the spontaneous combustion danger of the coal mining face was eliminated.
