穿层预抽钻孔气水渣分离装置的研制与应用

Research and Application on Gas,Water and Dust Separator to Pre- drainage Borehole Through Beds

  • 摘要: 为解决高瓦斯矿井掘进条带预抽钻孔施工过程中发生喷孔,导致瓦斯频繁超限的难题,研制了一套新型气水渣分离及孔内粉尘捕捉一体化装置。通过改进瓦斯粉尘捕捉器套筒密封性能,增大瓦斯粉尘捕捉器尺寸和气水渣分离桶容量,从而优化传统气渣分离装置结构,并对采用新型装置与传统气渣分离装置时钻场回风侧瓦斯浓度和超限情况进行了对比试验,结果表明:相对于传统气水渣分离装置,钻进穿层预抽钻孔时安装新型气水渣分离装置,钻场回风侧瓦斯浓度大幅降低,穿打通一矿8号煤层和7号煤层时瓦斯体积分数分别降低37%和95%;瓦斯超限次数由10次/月降低至2次/月。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problems of the gas content frequently over limit caused by the borehole spouting occurred during the construction process of the pre-drainage borehole through beds drilling in the driving strip of the high gassy mine,a new intergrated device with the gas,water and dust separator and the dus t collection was researched and developed. With the improvement on the sleeve sealing performance of the gas dust collector,the size of the gas dust collector and the volume of the gas,water and dust separator were enlarged and the structure of the conventional gas and dust separator was optimized. A comparison test was conducte d on the gas concentration variation and the gas content over limit condition in the air returning side of the borehole drilling field when the new device and the conventio nal gas and dust separator were applied. The results showed that in comparison with the conventional gas and dust separator,when the new type gas,water and dust se parator installed during the drilling period of the pre-drainage borehole through beds,the gas concentration at air returning side of the drilling field would be highly reduc ed and the gas volume fraction would be reduced individually by 37%and 95% when the borehole drilled through No. 8 seam and No. 7 seam in Datong No.1 Mine. The numbers of gas content over limit was obviously reduced from ten times per month to two times per month.
