深部矿井地应力套筒致裂法测试技术

Ground Stress Measuring Technology with Casing Fracturing Method in Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 为方便简捷测试矿井深部原岩应力及提高测定精度,研究了套筒致裂法的2种地应力测试方式,即单孔套筒致裂法和控制致裂法。分析得出,前者由于受到主应力差的限制,应用具有一定局限性,后者测试需进行3个方向的控制致裂操作,测试工作量较大。为此综合这2种方法,提出了平行钻孔套筒致裂法进行地应力测试,该方法具有快速、简便的特点,并利用FLAC3D软件对其进行数值计算分析。结果表明:理论公式的计算结果是数值计算结果的0.89~1.00倍,两者基本吻合,证明了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to easily and rapidly measure the insitu rock stress in the deep mine and improve the measuring accuracy, the paper had a study on two ground stress measuring modes with the casing fracturing method and they were the single hole casing fracturing method and the controlled fracturing method.The analysis sh owed that due to the restriction of the main stress difference, the application the casing fracturing method would have certain limitation and the measurement and test 0 f the controlled fracturing method would require a three directional controlled fracturing operation and the workload would be high. Thus the two methods were combined and a parallel drilling casing fracturing method was provided for the ground stress measurement. The parallel drilling casing fracturing method would have the rapid and simple features and would apply the FLAC3D software for the numerical calculation analysis. The results showed that the calculation results of the theoretical formula W ould be 0.891.00 times of the numerical calculation results. Those two results would be basically ftted.The effectiveness of the method was approved.
