本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔带压封孔技术研究

摘要: 针对平煤集团十矿本煤层瓦斯抽采浓度偏低、钻孔有效抽放周期短的技术难题,在分析煤体特征的基础上,结合现有注浆工艺技术,提出了带压封孔的技术方法。阐述了带压封孔的基本原理,通过理论分析,确定了带压封孔工艺技术参数,3个月的工业性试验结果表明:应用带压封孔技术可提高本煤层瓦斯抽放浓度30%~55%,并可延长抽采钻孔的有效抽采时间40 d左右。Abstract: According to the technical problems of the low gas content in the gas drainage and the borehole short effective drainage period in the mining seam of N 0.10 Mine in Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group, based on the analysis on the coal features, in combination with the available grouting technology, a technical method of t he borehole pressurized sealing was provided.The paper stated the basic principle of the borehole pressurized sealing.With the theoretical analysis, the technical para meters of the borehole pressurized sealing technology were set up.The three month industrial trial results showed that the application of the borehole pressurized seali ng technology could improve the gas drainage content from the mining seam by 30%55% and could expand the effective drainage time of the gas drainage borehole ab out 40 days.
