防止带式输送机下运飞车技术改造

Technical Reconstruction to Prevent Downward Running Away of Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下带式输送机下运运输过程中易发生飞车事故,将原输送机系统中的电力液压推动器改为自冷盘式制动装置。采用自冷盘式制动装置技术改造后,其制动系统能提供平滑的、无大冲击的制动力矩,减小了设备的动应力,改善了输送机机头传动部结构件的受力状况;在突然停电及其他紧急情况下,制动系统自动投入紧急制动,并保证制动中的平稳性和可靠性。与技术改造前相比较,带式输送机下运工作状态得到明显改善,运输过程中未出现飞车、断带、埋机头、输送机机头传动部结构件抖动、制动后下滑等事故现象。

     

    Abstract: According to the running away accident occurred in the downward transportation process of the belt conveyor in the underground mine, the electric and hydraulic thruster in the previous belt conveyor system was replaced with a self cooling disk type brake .After the technical reconstruction with the self cooling disk type brake, the braking system could provide a smooth and no high impact braking torque, reduce the dynamic stress of the equipment and improve the stressed status of th e driving section structure component at the end of the belt conveyor. Under the sudden power failure or other emergency condition, the brake system would be automat ically in emergent braking and could ensure the smooth and reliable braking.In comparison with the technical reconstruction conducted before, the downward operation performances of the belt conveyor were obviously improved and there were no running away, belt broken, conveyor end buried with coal, vibration on the driving section structure component at the conveyor end, downward sliding after braking and other accident phenomenon occurred.
