煤化工行业高水耗问题分析与探讨

Analysis and discussion on high water consumption problem of coal chemical industry

  • 摘要: 针对我国煤炭资源与水资源逆向分布、煤化工行业高水耗的问题,为了实现煤化工发展与地区水资源的合理匹配,研究了煤焦化、煤气化及煤液化3种不同煤化工技术的水耗问题,并重点对比分析了煤焦化、煤气化及煤液化合成燃料油的水耗问题。研究结果表明:煤焦化制燃料油装置总耗水约为11.8 t;煤液化制燃料油装置吨轻油总耗水量为9~12.6 t水。在相同水耗下,煤焦化在制取轻油的同时,还能获得更多焦炭和焦炉煤气。最后,概述了不同煤化工过程节水途径,以解决煤化工高水耗问题。

     

    Abstract: Acording to the reverse ditriution between the coal esources and water resources in China and the igh water consumption faced to the coal chemical industy in order to ealize a rational matching between the coal chemical industry development and the regional water resources and to optimize a suitable cal chemical plan based on the adjusted measures to the local co ditins the paper ad the water consumption problems of the coal cokin.ceal gasification and cal licueracton technologies and had a comparison analysis on the waler consumption problems of the coal coking.coal gasication and cal licuefed fel ai. he study resuis showed that the total water consumption of the coal coking ful oil deice wa 1.8 on water and the total water consumption of ca licuelacion fe ail fevice was -12.6ton water per on light oil.Under the same water consumption,.during the coking process to get the light per to.mnore coke and coking gas would be produced nl ytrepaper introduced the water saving way of different cal chemical process to solve the high water consumption problems of the coal chemical industry
