厚煤层沿空留巷围岩综合控制技术

Comprehensive control technology of surrounding rock for gob-side entry retaining in thick coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对高河煤矿厚煤层开采条件下沿空留巷围岩的控制难题,首先分析了围岩的主要变形特征为顶煤和煤柱帮煤体剪切严重,碎胀变形大。采用数值模拟对不同充填体力学参数和巷内支护强度下围岩响应进行对比分析,结合前期试验经验,确定巷旁充填体宽度为1.5 m,抗压强度为30~35 MPa,巷内采用高预应力强力支护并在煤柱帮打设锚索。在E1302和W1309工作面进行了柔模混凝土和强力支护留巷试验,充填体应力、锚栓受力、单体支柱应力、表面变形等监测表明综合控制技术保证了留巷围岩的稳定,留巷取得初步成功。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficulties of surrounding rock control in gob-side entry retaining under thick coal seam in Gaohe coal mine, the main deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock were analyzed. The top coal and the coal pillar were cut severely, and the crushing deformation was large. The numerical simulation was used to compare the mechanical parameters of different filling bodies and the surrounding rock response under the support strength. Based on the previous test experience, the width of backfill was 1.5 m and compressive strength was 30~35 MPa. Inside the roadway high pre-stress and intensive support with cable bolts in pillar side should be applied. Flexible template and high pre-stress and intensive support of gob-side entry retaining were tested in E1302 and W1309 mining face. The monitoring of filling body stress, anchor stress and single hydraulic prop stress and surface deformation showed that stability of surrounding rock was ensured by comprehensive technology and the initial success of the lane was achieved.
