易自燃煤层预测预报气体指标体系研究

Research on prediction and forecast indicators system of easy spontaneous combustion coal seam

  • 摘要: 为提高西部煤矿煤层自然发火预测预报效率及防火措施的针对性,采用自然发火试验方法对侏罗系及石炭二叠系含煤地层煤样进行了研究,分析了煤自燃的特点及规律,优选了CO、O2、ΔCO/ΔO2、C2H6、C2H4作为自然发火的气体指标,建立了以5个气体指标为依据的分级预警及防控体系,并进行了现场实践。结果表明:一氧化碳、氧气结合火灾系数100×(ΔCO/ΔO2)能相对准确地对煤体氧化情况进行判断,辅以乙烷、乙烯对氧化煤体达到的温度进行反演,实现了多指标煤自然发火隐患的动态识别。同时以“动态推进、端头封堵、注氮降氧、灌浆抑温、分段隔离”等技术手段相互协同的主动分级防控方法,达到了自燃隐患的有效控制,现场取得了很好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper is devoted to improve the prediction accuracy and fire prevention effectiveness of spontaneous combustion in western coal mines.Applying the natural combustion method on coal samples of Jurassic and Carboniferous Permian coal-bearing strata, this paper studies the characteristics and laws of coal spontaneous combustion. An early warning and prevention system was established based on grading of spontaneous combustion propensity using five gas indicators, CO, O2, Δφ(CO)/Δφ(O2), C2H6 and C2H4.The applications of the system show that the combined carbon monoxide and oxygen fire coefficient (100×(Δφ(CO)/Δφ(O2))) can accurately measure the oxidation of coal and can also inverse the oxidizing temperature of coal with ethane and ethylene. The system realizes dynamic identification of hidden dangers of coal spontaneous combustion using multiple indexes. At the same time, the active grading prevention and control method, synergistic with technical means of dynamic propulsion, end plugging, nitrogen injection and oxygen reduction, grouting and temperature suppression, and segmentation isolation, has achieved effective control of spontaneous combustion hazards in filed applications.
