Key Technologies of Equipments for Friction Hoisting System in Large-type Shaft

  • 摘要: 根据国内煤矿立井工程的发展现状,总结阐述矿井提升机、提升容器、过卷保护设备及承接稳罐设备的最新技术特征和关键技术进展,提出柔性提升容器型式、特大型罐笼承接装置以及过卷缓冲保护装置设计要点,并探讨了大型立井摩擦提升系统装备技术领域的设计要求和发展方向,以期为大型立井摩擦提升系统装备的设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the developing status of domestic large-scale coal projects, the article provided an overview of the technical features and the latest progres S of the shaft friction hoisting system and major equipments such as mine hoist, hoisting container, volume protection device, undertake-stabilization equipment for hea vy cage, proposed design important points of flexible hoisting container type, equipment of large undertake large cage and overreach buffer protection devices, and dis cusessed the design requirements and the developing direction in the field, aiming at providing references for the design of friction shaft hoisting system for large equip ment.
