褐煤固体热载体催化热解研究进展

Research Progress on Catalysis Themolysis of Lignite Solid Heat Carrier

  • 摘要: 综述了国内外褐煤固体热载体催化热解技术研究进展,对比分析了传统固体热载体热解工艺和耦合热解集成工艺特点,以及使用的固体热载体催化性能,明确了循环流化床耦合低温热解多联产技术是褐煤清洁高效综合利用适合的工艺,指出该集成工艺不仅可以优化产物组成、增加产率和提高能量利用效率,还可实现热、电、气、油、焦多联供,提升煤的综合利用价值。最后对固体催化热载体本身及其制备过程中存在的问题和研究方向提出了相应的建议。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced the research progress on the lignite themolysis technology of the solid heat carrier at home and abroad.The comparison and analy sis on the themolysis technique of the solid heat carrier and the coupling themolysis technology as well as the catalysis performances of the applied solid heat carrier W ere conducted. The study results showed that the coupling low temperature themolysis multi link production technology of the circulating fluidized bed would be a suitabl e technique to clean and high efficient comprehensive utilization of lignite.The author pointed out that the integrated technique would not only optimize the product com position,improve the production rate and increase the energy utilization efficiency,could realize the heat,electric power,gas,oil,coke and other multi production and suppl y and could improve the coal comprehensive utilization value.In addition,according to the problems existed in the solid heat carrier and the preparation,the relative impr oved proposals and future research prospects were provided.
