Application and Study on Mine 3D Visualized Monitoring and Control System Based on Internet of Things

  • 摘要: 为了实现煤炭企业在复杂生产过程中对人员、机电设备、环境、基础设施的协同管理与控制,设计了基于物联网技术的矿井三维可视化监控系统,介绍了系统的结构、功能及设计方案,在用户交互和数据库方面对系统接口进行重点设计,实现了数据整合和子系统集成,并提高了监测数据写入数据库的效率。在东怀煤矿实践应用结果表明,该系统可直观显示井下安全生产情况,实现矿井安全管理、避灾路线模拟、生产管理等功能,并可对监测信号进行分类修复、筛选、解析后发送控制信号控制井下设备。

     

    Abstract: In order to have coordinated management and control of the personnel,electromechanic equipment,environment and infrastructures during the complicat ed production process of the coal enterprise,a mine 3D visualized monitoring and control system was designed based on the internet of things.The paper in detail introd uced the structure and function of the system and design plan.A key design was conducted on the system interface with the user interaction and the database.Thus the data integration and subsystem integration could be well realized and the efficiency of monitored and measured data into the database could be improved.The practices and the application results of Donghuai Mine, showed that the system could directly display the mine safety production conditions and could realize the mine safety man agement, escape route simulation,production management and other functions. The monitoring and measuring signals could be classified,repaired and screened.After th e analysis,the control signals sent could control the equipment in the underground mine.
