水力冲孔消突措施试验研究

Experiment Study on Outburst Control Measures with Hydraulic Borehole Flushing

  • 摘要: 针对淮南矿区埋深大、透气性低及高地应力的煤层赋存状态,为了解决石门揭煤过程中的煤与瓦斯突出问题,在谢桥等5个矿试验了水力冲孔技术,通过排出部分煤体和瓦斯,对煤体增透卸压,从而实现快速、安全的揭煤。研制了水力冲孔专用PZCK-C-*系列喷头,优化了水力冲孔工艺和技术参数,模拟对比了冲孔前后钻孔周围的应力变化。试验结果表明,在钻孔冲出煤量达到1.0~2.5 t/m时,其冲孔影响半径可以达到5.5~9.0 m,煤层透气性系数增大了70%~370%,实施水力冲孔后,冲孔控制区域的煤体得到卸压,透气性增大,突出潜能和瓦斯热力学能得到释放,快速消除了石门揭煤工作面的突出危险性。

     

    Abstract: According to the seam deposit conditions of the deep depth, low permeability and high ground stress in Huainan Mining Area, in order to solve the coal a nd gas outburst problems occurred during the cross-cut seam opening process, the hydraulic borehole flushing technology was tested in Xieqiao Mine and other five mi nes.With partial coal and gas released, the penetration improvement and the pressure releasing of the seam could have a rapid and safety seam opening.A special PZC K-C-* series nozzle was researched and developed for the hydraulic borehole flushing.The hydraulic borehole flushing technique and technical parameters was optimiz ed.A simulation comparison was conducted on the stress variations of the borehole surroundings before and after the borehole flushing.The experiment results showed that when coal quantity from the borehole flushing reached at 1.02 .5 t/m, the influence radius of the borehole flushing could be 5.59.0 m and the permeability coefficient of the seam would be increased by 70% to 370% .After the hydraulic borehole flushing conducted, the seam in the borehole flushing control zone would have a pressure releasing and a permeability increased.Thus the outburst potential energy and gas intrinsic energy would be released and the outburst danger of the cross-cut seam op ening face would be eliminated.
