反悬拱锚注支护在软岩巷道底鼓整修中应用

Application of Reversed Arch Bolt and Grouting Support to Repair Mine Soft Rock Roadway with Floor Heave .

  • 摘要: 针对陶二矿南采区轨道上山底鼓严重的问题,基于巷道围岩变形破坏机理,结合该矿井地质条件及支护条件,分析得出了地应力大、岩层扩容变形、巷道两帮移近挤压是导致该巷道底鼓的主要原因,提出采用注浆锚杆和注浆锚索所构成的反向悬吊组合拱对巷道底板进行加固,并在南采区轨道上山进行了支护试验。结果表明:整修后巷道底鼓量小于200 mm、变形速率降至1.7mm/d,满足生产使用要求,反悬拱锚注支护技术可以有效地控制巷道底鼓。

     

    Abstract: According to the serious floor heave problems in the upwardrail roadway of the south mining district in TaoDer Mine, based on the deformation failure me chanism of the surrounding rock in the mine roadway, in combination with the geological and support conditions of the mine roadway, the analysis showed that the high ground stress, the expansion and deformation of the strata, the convergence and compression of the two side walls would be the main cause to the floor heave occurre d.The reversed arches combined with the grouting and bolt and the grouting and anchor supports were applied to the reinforcement of the floor heave and to a support t rial in the upward rail roadway of the south mining district.The trial results showed that after the repair, the floor heave of the roadway was less than 200 mm and the de formation rate was reduced to 1.7 mm/d, which could meet the application requirements.The reversed arch technology with the bolt and grouting could be an effective a ccess to control the floor heave of the mine roadway.
