Abstract:
According to the serious floor heave problems in the upwardrail roadway of the south mining district in TaoDer Mine, based on the deformation failure me chanism of the surrounding rock in the mine roadway, in combination with the geological and support conditions of the mine roadway, the analysis showed that the high ground stress, the expansion and deformation of the strata, the convergence and compression of the two side walls would be the main cause to the floor heave occurre d.The reversed arches combined with the grouting and bolt and the grouting and anchor supports were applied to the reinforcement of the floor heave and to a support t rial in the upward rail roadway of the south mining district.The trial results showed that after the repair, the floor heave of the roadway was less than 200 mm and the de formation rate was reduced to 1.7 mm/d, which could meet the application requirements.The reversed arch technology with the bolt and grouting could be an effective a ccess to control the floor heave of the mine roadway.
