大倾角长壁工作面飞矸灾害区域治理技术

Flying gangue regional control technology in longwall mining face of steeply dipping seam

  • 摘要: 为解决大倾角工作面飞矸治理成本大并且效果差的问题,根据飞矸运动状态存在分区域特性,通过数值模拟、现场实测及理论分析对大倾角大采高工作面不同区域飞矸运动过程进行分析,结果表明:上部飞矸做多次间歇碰撞滑移运动,沿工作面运动88.3 m,飞溅概率为6.91%,对工作面人员及设备危害性最大;中部飞矸做多次间歇碰撞滑移运动38.9 m,飞溅概率为4.37%,危害程度次于上部飞矸;下部飞矸做一次碰撞滑移运动,与底板碰撞后不易弹起,位于工作面下部,已停止滚滑运动飞矸可能受到上部及中部飞矸碰撞,衍生二次灾害。根据现场飞矸运动特征提出飞矸治理原则为:上部飞矸着重轨迹阻拦、中部飞矸强调源头治理、下部飞矸防止衍生二次灾害,试验期间应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a high cost and poor effect problems of the flying gangue control in the steeply dipping coal mining face, according to different area feat ures existed in the flying gangue movement status, a numerical simulation, site measurement and theoretical analysis were applied to the analysis on the flying gangue movement process in the different area of the steeply dipping and high cutting coal mining face.The results showed that the flying gangue at the top coal mining face ha d many intermittent collision and sliding movements and had a movement of 88.3 m along the coal mining face.The flying splash probability was 6.91% and would be a highest danger to the personnel and equipment in the coal mining face.The flying gangue at the middle of the coal mining face had many intermittent collision and slidin g movements with a distance of 38.9 m.The flying splash probability was 4.37% and the danger degree was less than the flying gangue at the top of the coal mining fac e.The flying gangue at the low part of the coal mining face had a collision and sliding movement.The flying gangue would not easily be bounded when the flying gangue impacted with the seam floor.Located at the low part of the coal mining face, the rolling and sliding movement of the flying gangue was stopped.Possibly due to the gan gues impacted by the top and middle flying gangues, a secondary disaster would be occurred.According to the site flying gangue movement features, the flying gangue control principle was provided.The flying gangues at the top part of the coal mining face could be arrested with the flying traces, the flying gangues at the middle of the coal mining face could be controlled at the sources and the flying gangues at the low of the coal mining face should prevent the secondary flying occurred.The applicati on effect was excellent during the trial production period.
