我国露天煤矿开采技术综述及展望

  • 摘要: 改革开放40年来,我国露天煤矿开采技术得到快速发展,基于我国露天煤矿开采技术最新资料和2019年国家能源局全国煤矿生产能力公告,从规模、数量、能力、分布以及开发主体等方面归纳了我国露天煤矿发展现状,具有数量少能力大、超大型为主、开发集中度高3个特点。从基础理论、开采工艺、装备水平、信息智能、安全生产、生态恢复等6个方面露天煤矿先进采矿技术,同时对剥采比、边坡失稳、绿色开采3个方面基础理论研究成果;阐述了现有开采工艺在转向协调开采、运输优化、高效爆破、陡帮端帮开采等方面新技术应用现状,分析了采装、运输等装备研发应用及国产化、大型化技术情况,开发并应用了卡车智能调度、CI-IDS生产管理、轮胎全寿命管理、疏干智能排水、智能爆破等6套信息智能系统,总结了边坡滑坡、运输事故、小煤窑采空区塌陷、水害等4大安全风险防控技术,从绿色开发、生态修复、综合整治、采复一体、地貌重建、干雾抑尘等6个方面介绍了综述了绿色矿山建设技术成果,并结合当前实际,提出我国政策与发展不同步、开采模式相对单一、开采技术发展不平衡、大型关键设备及零配件仍依赖进口、高效露天开采工艺应用较少、恢复生态原貌技术尚不成熟、重大灾害治理技术仍需突破的7个问题。最后,对我国露天煤矿高质量发展提出了5点新认识:探索露天煤矿一矿多坑、井露联合开发开采新模式,研发吊斗铲、无人卡车、大型破碎机等采剥运破高端智能装备为建设智慧矿山提供支撑,创新保障人机安全的安全高效生产新技术,创建全程绿色开采、损伤鉴定、原貌恢复等绿色矿山成套技术体系,同时要建立专业化运营队伍及培养职业开采人员,加快实现我国煤炭产业高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's open-pit coal mining technology has developed rapidly. Based on the latest information on China's open-pit coal mining technology and the National Coal Energy Production Capacity Announcement of the National Energy Administration in 2019, the development status of open-pit coal mines in China is summarized from the aspects of scale, quantity, capacity, distribution and development subjects. It is characterized by its small capacity, large size and high development concentration. This paper summarizes the advanced mining technology of open pit mines from six aspects: basic theory, mining technology, equipment level, information intelligence, safety production and ecological restoration. At the same time, the study results of stripping ratio, slope instability and green mining are also described. The current mining technology is applied to the status of new technologies in the areas of coordinated mining, transportation optimization, high-efficiency blasting, and steep-end mining. The development and application of equipment, transportation and other equipment, localization and large-scale technology are analyzed, and the application is developed and applied. A total of 6 sets of information intelligent systems, such as truck intelligent dispatch, CI-IDS Production Management, tire life management, dewatering intelligent drainage, intelligent blasting are developed and four major safety aspects of slope landslide, transportation accident, small coal mine gob collapse, water damage are summed up. From the aspects of green development, ecological restoration, comprehensive remediation, recovery and integration, landform reconstruction, dry fog and dust suppression, the paper summarizes the technical achievements of green mine construction, and combines the current reality to propose seven problems: the policy and development are not synchronized; the mining mode is relatively single; the mining technologies are unbalanced; large-scale key equipment and spare parts still rely on imports; high-efficiency open-pit mining technology is less applied; the technology to restore ecological originality is still immature and the major disaster management technologies still need to break through. Finally, five new understandings have been put forward on the development of high-quality and intelligence of open-pit coal mines in China: exploring multiple pits in open pit mines, developing new models for joint development of underground and open-pit mining, developing mining shovel, unmanned trucks, large crushers, and other high-end intelligent equipment to support the construction of smart mines, innovating to guarantee the safe and efficient production of human-machine safety, creating a complete set of green mining technology systems for green mining, damage identification and original restoration, as well as establishing a professional operation team and training professional mining personnel in order to accelerate the realization of the high-quality development of China′s coal industry.
