Research on multi-source perception and collaborative control technology for 10 m ultra-large mining-height fully-mechanized working face

  • Aiming at the characteristics of large stope space, large equipment scale, strong surrounding rock disturbance and close coupling of multi-system of mining-supporting-transportation-supply in 10 m super-large mining height fully-mechanized working face, the 122104 working face of Caojiatan is taken as the engineering object to carry out the research on multi-source perception and equipment coordinated control technology. The overall architecture composed of perception layer, data layer, decision-making layer and execution layer is constructed. A comprehensive working condition perception method of hydraulic support inclination angle, pressure, stroke and visual information fusion is proposed to realize real-time monitoring of support attitude, support height and bearing state. The coordinated control logic between the cutting state of the shearer, the coal flow load of the scraper conveyor, the movement of the support and the power supply state of the liquid supply is established, and the equipment health management and multi-source data fusion analysis platform are integrated to realize the online monitoring and early warning of the main equipment state. The coal flow state is measured by non-contact video recognition method, and the average recognition accuracy is 92.3%, which supports the intelligent control of shearer traction speed, scraper conveyor running state and transportation system load. The engineering practice shows that the system can realize efficient, safe and intelligent mining in 10 m super large mining height working face, ensure the coordinated operation of equipment group and the balance of mining and transportation, and provide reliable technical support for efficient and intelligent mining in thick coal seam and medium thick coal seam mining area.
