  • In order to discuss the relationship between the main technical parameters of the high frequency vibration screen, a numerical simulation analysis was C onducted.With the static, mode and harmonic response analysis individually, the following conclusion was obtained.The poissonDs ratio of the rubber spring was 0.47 a nd the elastic modulus had a less influences to each stage matrix.When the excitation force unchanged, the amplitude would steadily be stable with the excitation frequ ency increased.The frequency would be increased in liner with the max and min Von Mises and the frequency variation would have less influence to the dewatering effic iency. The eccentric quality would be constant, with the excitation frequency increased, the amplitude would steadily reduced and then be stable and the max Von Mises stress would be in a rapid increased tendency in liner.When the frequency was constant, the max Von Mises stress of the excitation force and amplitude would be incre ased in linear and have even distribution features. The optimum working frequency was 24 Hz and the optimum excitation force was 6068 kN.The study proved the theor etical basis to the design improvement and dynamic strength test of the high frequency vibration screen.
